About Margo

Hey, y'all!  I'm Margo, the girl behind the Margeaux With The Flow brand.  I'm a a 30 something stay at home mom and Army wife who loves to throw parties, rearrange furniture, and put wallpaper on any available surface!  I'm chronically ill and use my free time to advocate for rare and chronic illnesses. 

As you can imagine, holding down a job while being a chronically ill Army wife isn't easy. Over the past 9 years I have moved 5 times and with each new duty station comes new opportunities and experiences to explore more of my interests.  I have taught myself how to build a website, create content, launch an apparel design business, and more!  I love exploring different side hustles to not only use my creativity but to generate income from home. 

During the initial lockdown of the pandemic I watched a youtube tutorial on how to needlepoint.  Before I knew it I had ordered from multiple designers and became a frequent shopper at my local needlepoint store.  I really wanted to stitch a Lizzie McGuire canvas but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.  I already created digital illustrations so I decided to try to convert those designs onto needlepoint canvases.  I love that needlepoint marries the different skills of artistic ability and technical planning.  I love counting stitches and figuring out the math to create just the right designs!
